• Direction on campaign strategy and logistics
• Content of campaign decided
• Request for sites to volunteer to hold a roadshow
• 9 sites finalised and contact made with them
• Workshop held with site contacts to refine logistics
• Posters developed to advertise the campaign
• Z-Cards developed for site based staff to take away
• Campaign content presented at Leadership Meetings
• All sites roll out core content of the campaign
• Sites also roll out site specific elements such as Face-Fit Testing Train the Trainer Sessions and tool demonstrations

9 sites would be targeted to hold a
Roadshow. This would give make the
campaign more focused and allow
more content to be delivered.
Campaign would focus on raising
awareness of responsibilities of
management as well as engaging site
based staff at risk.
Decision to roll out a ‘Dust for Managers
Course’ which would be a bespoke course for management to
understand its responsibilities with regard to respiratory
risks.
‘Lung Olympics’ to be held on each of the 9 sites to engage site
staff in the campaign. Site based ‘at risk’
staff would front the campaign and deliver
a focused ‘Toolbox Talk’.

using a purpose built ‘rig’.

‘Dust for Managers’ course carried out at C350 Pudding Mill Lane (Morgan
Sindall) by Park Health Ltd. to highlight regulatory requirements and
management systems required with regard to respiratory risks. These are
being carried out across the 9 sites participating.

Participants in the ‘Lung Olympics event’ with a nurse from Duradiamond Healthcare
at C340 Victoria Dock (Vinci). All 9 sites are participating in this programme-wide
event.
