VAlUABleSThe YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles in the locker room, gym, pool, etc. Bring a lock to secure your locker while you are in the building. Locks must be removed after each use to allow other members use of the locker.

A.W.A.Y. (ALwAYS wELCoME AT YMCAs)All members have privileges at hundreds of YMCAs across the country, according to their policies. Members from other YMCAs may pay $3.00 and use our YMCA; however, they are not entitled to bring a guest to our facility. Corporate and basic members from other YMCAs cannot use our facility.

MeMBerShIP CArDYou must first present your valid YMCA Membership Card at the front desk in order to obtain access to the facility. Guests 14 years and up must present a photo I.D.Members under the age of 12 who are not participating in a scheduled class must be accompanied by a full privilege adult member throughout the building. MAKe-UP PolICYNo make-ups, credits, or refunds will be given to individuals missing classes due to illness, vacation or personal reasons.

ClASS refUnD PolICIeSThe YMCA reserves the right to cancel any class or program if attendance or registration does not meet class quota. The full program fee will be returned to those who have paid. A refund will not be given unless the class is canceled by the YMCA. A credit minus a $10 processing charge will be given if written notification is received prior to the first class meeting.

MeMBerShIP PolICIeSMemberships are neither refundable nor transferable. If you wish to transfer from another YMCA, outside the Morris County area, you must take out a full privilege membership. The Randolph YMCA will honor a portion of the unex-pired time on this full privilege membership. Memberships will not be extended nor will any refunds be given due to lack of use or reasons such as illness, pregnancy, business travel, etc.

StretCh ClASSThis stretching based class will focus on all muscle groups. Great for those who do cardio and strength training, as well as those who are sedentary and need to relieve sciatica pain, carpal tunnel, back pain, hip tension, etc.

gentle YogA (leVel 1-2)Simple, gentle poses (Asanas) aligned with breathing techniques with em-phasis on the spine and back bone postures. Self awareness techniques to work with body and mind over time.

tUrBo fIreTurbo Fire is an intense cardio-condi-tioning program that will help you get leaner. Using resistance training you will also develop shapely, longer, leaner muscles.

tUrBo KICK AnD toneIf you love a high energy cardio workout with intervals of strength training, then come and try Turbo Kick and Tone. This class will consist of the popular Turbo Kick workout interspersed with strength training segments utilizing free weights, body weight, and resistance tubing.

Y90Following along similar lines of a popular workout program, “Y90” takes “muscle confusion” the next level. Car-dio segments and plyometrics are added to challenge you and make your work to your MAX!

STrETCH, TonE & STrEnGTHEnUsing the water as resistance, participants work at their own pace. Great class for those with arthritis, or those new to aqua fitness or exercise, in general.

In an aquatic environment, your child can practice movements, often too difficult on land. These movements develop core strength, motor control and coordination. And, for most kids, water is fun.
