CAMP PHILOSOPHY CAMP STAFF Our goal at Trinity Summer Camp is to provide all campers with a safe, enjoyable, and enriching summer experience. Our campers are under close supervision at all times. Our professional staff includes teachers, coaches and college students who express a specific interest in working with children. We promote sportsmanship, positive social skills and equality. We strive to provide our campers with a fun filled summer, while building friendships and memories to last a lifetime. Our professional Directors include teachers who oversee camp planning and activities, assist and supervise our college aged camp counselors and high school assistants. Directors are CPR/FA trained. All employees complete a full background check.

Our goal at Trinity Summer Camp is to provide all campers with a safe, enjoyable, and enriching summer experience. Our campers are under close supervision at all times. In addition to our Weekly Themes, our activities include...

Swimming, water slide on campus, arts and crafts, outdoor games, scavenger hunts, music appreciation and enrichment programs. Wildlife Adventures, Mobile Mining Experience and I’m the Chef Too will be visiting our campus to assist our staff with educational and fun filled workshops!

Our Weekly Themes are listed below, please check our website for details and dates:

CAMP DATES AND TIMES: June 9 – August 7

CAMP HOURS: 9 am to 4 pm

EXTENDED CARE: 7:30-9 AM and 4-6 PM

OPEN HOUSE DATES: Feb. 23 & April 26 (2-4 PM)

FACILITIES: Air conditioned space, gymnasium, playground and sports fields

LUNCH OPTIONS: Chick-fil-A and Pizza Days (for purchase)

GRADES: Pre-K4 thru Grade 8 (minimum age 3 ½)

CHECK-IN ONLINE: If your camp forms are turned in by June 1st or at least 1 week prior to camp attendance, your group assignment and carpool cards will be emailed to you, eliminating the need to check in on your first day.

Day Camp (Grades Pre-K4 to Grade 5)Superheroes, Trinity Engineers, Spaced Out, Dinosaurs & Fossils, Animal Adventures, Back in the Day, Time for Drama and Trinity Olympics

Middle School Camp (Grades 6-8)The Middle School group will participate in some of the same themes as Day Camp with age appropriate activities. Some themes specific to the Middle School group will include a week long art studio, learning about being a camp counselor, babysitting, nutrition, skin care, and a cooking week.

Sport Camp (Grades 3-8) Sport Camp will be offered to rising 3rd through 8th graders and campers will be divided into age appropriate groups. We will feature a “Sport of the Week” which campers will focus on throughout the week. Activities will also include capture the flag, swimming, kickball, relays, and scavenger hunts. We promote physical fitness, develop athletic skills, sportsmanship, and confidence. Sports of the week will include soccer, basketball, softball, floor hockey, and more.

SwimmingTrinity leases a pool from The Columbia Association. During our lease periods, the pool is closed to all other swimmers. Campers are transported to the pool in school buses. Trinity Staff members attend the pool and CA provides life guards. All campers take a swim test and wear bracelets that indicate their swim level, which determines the area of the pool that they are permitted to use. Swim lessons may be offered this year. We will have a water slide or bounce house on campus once a week rented via AstroJump.
