Develop and implement year-round outdoor education curriculum and programs at Camp Tanadoona to grow club- to-camp participation, engage campers during non-summer season and expand user groups. 2. Expand opportunities for youth and families from camp and club to participate in Camp Tanadoona and Camp Bluewater programs. 3. Become the recognized leader and advocate for youth in nature. Goal B: Engage more youth with the natural world to catalyze growth. Strategies: 1. Implement Camp Fire Minnesota’s nature-based progressive program model that engages K-12 in activities to develop youths’ sparks for learning, leading and living. 2. Build new partnerships to grow Camp Fire Minnesota programs. 3. Grow club and camp programs around areas of demonstrated need. 4. Increase family connections at club and camp. 5. Provide culturally relevant programs driven by community, youth and family needs. Goal C: Prepare more youth for success in learning, leading and living. Strategies:1. Develop Camp Fire Minnesota’s clear and compelling story -

encompassing club, camp and our nature focus.

2. Invest in marketing department.

3. Capitalize on technology to tell our story.

4. Build branding to promote participants’ personal connection and association to Camp Fire club and camp.

Goal D: Boldly shape and share Camp Fire Minnesota’s powerful story.

Strategies:1. Expand revenue-generating mission-driven programming.

2. Expand contributed revenue through new donors, Capital Campaign for Tanadoona and annual fundraising.

3. Increase Camp Fire Minnesota’s financial stability through growing the Minnesota Camp Fire Foundation.

4. Design an Innovation Pool to support the scaling up of new ideas.

Goal E: Increase financial resources to sustain Camp Fire Minnesota’s growth.

Strategies:1. Attract and retain high quality youth development staff.

2. Drive diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the organization.

3. Develop technological infrastructure to support expansion and growth of clients served.

4. Build succession plans for board and staff leadership.

5. Improve Tanadoona facilities for expansion and growth.

6. Enhance the unique role of Bluewater in Camp Fire’s mission through partnership development, infrastructure assessment and investment and program enrichment.

Goal F: Increase organizational capacity to sustain Camp Fire Minnesota’s growth.

• Resources dedicated to marketing department
