The 2018 season saw the Pioneers finish with an 18-13 record and earn a return trip to the Lone Star Conference Tournament for the second straight year. The season ended with Katy Ranes becoming the fourth student-athlete in program history to be named an All-American. In 2017, the Pioneers also had three Top-30 victories including the largest upset in program history, defeating #5 Angelo State in five sets. Three student-athletes were named to the LSC All Tournament Team, 1 AVCA-All Region Player, and 5 Players make the All-Confernece Teams. Joining TWU in January 2019, Ulrich arrived after serving two years at King University as the head volleyball coach. There, he guided the Tornado to an 18-11 overall record for a third-place finish in the North Division of the Conference Carolinas. Two years prior, he was the head coach at Randall Univrersity where he turned the program around, tripling its win total in the first season before ending his tenure with a 26-13 record. Coach Ulrich joined TWU in 2017 after spending four years as an assistant coach at the University of Montevallo, helping the Falcons to two 20-win seasons. Before Montevallo, Ulrich spent two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. A four-year member of the volleyball program at Arkansas Tech, Ulrich became the fourth player in program history to record 1,000 career kills and 1,000 career digs. During her tenure, the Golden Suns compiled a 121-27 overall record, claimed three conference tournament championships, and earned a bid to the NCAA Division II Tournament. Coach Huebner enters his third year at Texas Woman’s University after two successful campaigns. REFUND POLICYCamp fee is non-refundable after July 4, 2019 without a physician’s statement. Refunds given with a physician’s statement will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the registration fee to cover expenses already incurred.

MINI CAMPThis camp is designed for 4-8 year olds who are looking to have a great time learning about the FUNdamentals of volleyball as well as movement and athleticism training! Our coaches will guide our mini-volleyballers through age-appropriate learning tools to prepare our young athletes for long-term success in volleyball and sports!

YOUTH SKILLS CAMPThe Youth Skills Camp is designed for girls ages 9-14 and will provide a challenging experience based on skill level. With the focus on all aspects of volleyball, training groups will ensure campers’ instruction at their skill level. This camp is a must for players of all levels trying to brush up on fundamentals or learn the game for the first time. Our expert instructors, working within the group framework, train each camper to make her a better player and competitor.

The Elite Position Camp is open to girls in grades 8 through 12 with beginner to advanced skill levels. The camp is designed to challenge players with advanced skill training to focus only on the aspects of each of these important positions. Setters will cover footwork training, set location, play sets, setter defense, emergency techniques and running an offense. Hitters will focus on footwork for attacking and transition, arm-swing mechanics, backswing and jump, using the block, wrist control and non-traditional attacking. Defensive Specialists/Liberos will train backcourt skills including passing, individual defense, team defense, serve receive and serving. Camp is a must for anyone wishing to improve in any of these areas. Campers will be placed in small groups according to age, skill level and experience.
