Editorial Dear Readers, Welcome to the first edition of Leather. I am the editor, Camisha Myrie, and I wanted to start off by saying thank you to those who purchased my magazine, and decided to read it. Notorious Ravioli Couple poisoned from newly opened restaurant

On May 23rd, 2009 a newly married couple attends the Grand opening to a new local restaurant. Snapper’s has just opened its first restaurant in Oakville, Ontario.

Sarah Mitch ordered the scallop ravioli, while her husband ordered the shrimp linguini.

Not knowing the unexpected at the end of the night Sarah feels quite sick so they pack up and exit the restaurant.

“The next morning I woke up in a hot sweat feel nauseous and woozy, my husband had the same feeling and then I realized something may be wrong” says Sarah Mitch.

The couple thought back to what they had eaten the night before and then came to the conclusion that the new restaurants food may have been the reason.

They went to see a doctor Peter stated. The doctor said “It was defiantly what you ate last night seeing how you said you felt sick afterwards, you have food poisoning” said Peter.

They reported the incident to the restaurant manager, Paul Bearing, which was totally shocked.

“I don’t believe the couple got food poisoning from my restaurant” says Paul Bearing. “We are very careful with the preparation of the food being served, and our chefs are professionals and it would be close to impossible to make such a mistake” says Paul Bearing.

The couple was informed on the manager’s comment and decided to take action, so they are suing the newly opened restaurant. The court hearings are set to be on April 16th.

Both the couple and Snapper’s store manager are quite upset bout the unfortunate incident.

Love this suit can you say Rhianna has style. Although this is a simple outfit, it still looks really nice. The high waisted pants are definitely in and the top is just beautiful. You go girl!

Do This dress could of looked way better than how Britney Spears made it look. This is just hideous and pitiful. Why do the top buttons have to be opened? If they couldn’t close then she should have bought a bigger size. Whoever told her it looked good LIED.

Synopsis Bella Swan who is seventeen moves from Arizona to her father in Forks. She was feeling overwhelmed by the fact that Forks was constant mist and rain, but that wasn’t the worst part; she had to make a new set of friends and settle into a whole new school. Eventually Bella makes friends with somewhat of an ease, but when she spots Edward in the cafeteria with his brothers and sisters, she is immediately intrigued by him. Edward is beyond beautiful even too much to be human, and very attractive. Bella notices that Edward and his family are also outcasts even though they have lived in Forks for quite a while. She also notices that people are skeptical to talk to the Cullen family. After going to the beach with a couple of her new found friends, Bella is told a legend about the “cold ones”. The cold ones are vampires/ blood drinkers, but they have sworn not to hunt humans but the native Indians don’t trust them and they are forbidden on the Indian land. After hearing the “cold ones” legend she is hinted off that Edward and his family are vampires or the cold ones from the legend. Bella puts two and two together and realizes that the legend wasn’t just a legend it is present time and she lives in it. She also comes to the conclusion that Edward is a VAMPIRE. Although she concludes her research and reassurance about Edward being a vampire she finds that she still loves him. Edward also falls in love with Bella but it’s not that easy for him because he is not human. Bella is the first person he has loved from since he has become a vampire, but at times her blood temps him because it’s the sweetest blood he has ever caught a scent of.

Readers Review

Twilight is a vampire romance story; its target audience is set for Young Adults. Trust me when I say this, adults will love Twilight just as much as the young adults do. The characters are described with thorough detail that makes you feel as if you’ve known the characters already. Forks is described in such detail that I could picture it and even smell the mist and rain! Funny yes but its true, I got such a vivid picture of the scene that it felt as if I was getting a birds eye view of it all. The main characters are Bella Swan and Edward Cullen and throughout the book you will be dying to know what’s going to happen next. I just couldn’t put the book down; it was so compelling and captivating. I just couldn’t get enough! I was up all hours just to relieve myself from the suspense and find out what was next. Twilight had me questioning the reality of vampires and asking myself if they really do walk among us but we just don’t realize it. Besides that the book was extravagant and so unbelievably wonderful. I wouldn’t want to ruin it for anyone else but the sequels are a MUST READ!! I’ve read all of them and if you loved twilight you’ll definitely love the others: New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn.
