Provide Professional Development using Model Curriculum Modules Develop Anchor Standards by Grade for ELA & Math Develop Anchor Standards for Priority Content Provision a TraintheTrainer PD rollout with coaching supports Train educators and provide strategies for how to deliver instruc5on so that students are empowered to effec5vely apply their knowledge in realworld situa5ons Phase II Absorb & Take Ac5on 4. Visualize the Standards’ Full ‘Trajectory’ Understand the learning progressions Think ver5cally about the educa5onal standard across grades before and aUer specific training teachers will require revolves around beXer strategies to draw students into classroom discussions need to develop students’ listening and speaking skills, as well as their reading and wri5ng skills 5.
