CALPIA Dental Lab is located at Central California Women's Facility (CCWF) in

Chowchilla, California.

Dental services to the California Department of Corrections began August

1992 and have been expanded to include Juvenile Justice and various State

and County hospitals.

The laboratory maintains a complete dental prosthesis selection ranging from

custom trays, bite blocks, try-ins, night guards, partial and full dentures and

cast metal framework.

This package is for a single arch, full denture. It includes the following: a Custom Tray; a Bite Block; a single Try-In;

Fourteen Teeth; an Upper Palate/Lingual Lower; a Processing Fee. Additional Try Ins or any other items will be

charged per itemized pricing.

The Panial Single Arch lAcrvlicl Package

This package is for a single arch, partial (acrylic) denture. It includes the following: a Custom Tray; a Bite Block; a

single Try In; two Wrought Wire Rests; two Wrought Wire Clasps; an Upper Palate/Lingual Lower; a Processing Fee.

Teeth, additional Try-Ins, or any other items will be charged per itemized pricing.

The Metal Cast Framework Single Arch Package

This package is for a single arch, Metal Cast Framework. It includes the following: a Custom Tray; a Bite Block; a

Major Connector; Four Clasps of Choice; Four Rests; Two Finish Lines; Two Retentions; A Cast and Finish; a Single
