Working alongside JTL - the Building Services Engineering sector’s leading Appren ceship provider, who will be working with and for the JIB-PMES to deliver this ini a ve - the JIB-PMES is now able to provide a full on-site assessment service to facilitate the achievement of full L2 NVQ Plumbing/H&V qualifi ca ons. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SCHEME

Any opera ve who enrols on this programme MUST be either:a. In full or part me employment in the plumbing/hea ng and ven la ng sector b. In a posi on to complete genuine work ac vi es in the workplace through some form of work placement scheme/voluntary working arrangement

Upon acceptance onto the programme, the Learner will sign a contract with the JIB-PMES, the terms of which will be seen to have been fulfi lled when the Learner achieves their L2 NVQ/NVQ Diploma and is awarded the appropriate Blue UK-PHMES CSCS Registra on card.

The programme fee of £1,205.00 will be paid in full at the same me the contract between the JIB-PMES and the Learner is signed. The Learner will have a 15 day cooling off period from the date they sign the contract. During this period, if they change their mind about coming onto the programme, they will receive a full refund.

This agreement allows for a maximum of 4 on-site assessor visits. If addi onal on-site assessor visits are required for the Learner to complete the programme/achieve the L2 NVQ/NVQ Diploma – these will be charged for in addi on to the standard programme fee at a fully inclusive cost of £200.00 per visit.

There is no specifi c me limit in which the programme must be completed, and this will be diff erent for individual learners. However, it is an cipated that most learners should be able to complete the qualifi ca on within a period of 12 months.

Should a situa on arise through either injury or illness whereby a learner is unable to complete the work ac vi es that are necessary for comple on of the programme, addi onal me will be allowed – although the learner must keep their assessor informed as to their situa on.

The responsibility for keeping pre-arranged appointments with assessors rests with the Learner. An addi onal charge will be levied against learners who do not a end pre-arranged mee ngs with their assessor – unless they can provide at least 24 hours no ce.

This programme is only open to opera ves based in England and Wales as separate qualifi ca on arrangements apply to those based in Scotland and Northern Ireland – please contact SNIPEF/SNIJIB for more informa on.

Automa c termina on of the contract will occur if:a. The Learner fails to a end two pre-arranged assessor mee ngs (without giving

sa sfactory prior no ce)b. Full payment (cleared funds) has not been received within 28 days of signing the contractc. The candidate is found to have provided false informa on pertaining to any element of the programme
