The City of Tucson is seeking anartist artist(s) or an artist team tojoin a multi-talented group ofroadway engineeringplannersdesigners landscapedesign architects traffic engineersdrainage engineers plus otherengineers and technical specialistsengaged in geological materialsutilities rights-of-way andenvironmental work to create publicart in connection with this majorproject work The improvementswill provide complete andconnected sidewalks on both sidesof the road for 15 miles fromOracle Road to Romero Roadenhanced street crossings streetlighting and landscaping for shade

The Friends of the Kirk Bear CanyonLibrary are seeking an artistartist(s) or artists team includingany builders engineering plannersor designers needed to createpublic art at the northern corner ofthe libraryrsquos eastern facade whichconsists of five connected wallpanels in corrugated metal some ofwhich stand in accordion fashionunder a covered walkway The areaavailable for the project will beartistrsquos choice of three to five ofthese panels which totalapproximately 500 square feet

Apply for the Public Art Roster
The Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona invites artists to apply to be a part of the
Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizonarsquos Artist Roster for Public Art
What It Is The Artist Roster is a standing list of pre-qualified artists that work in public art It is an optional
artist selection process for 1 percent for art public art projects with budgets that do not exceed $50000 The
Roster has a rolling application process allowing artists to join the apply to be added to the roster on an ongoing
basis
When It Is Used The Artist Roster is only an option for small budget Public Art projects ($50000 or less) It is
an alternative artist selection process used to expedite low-budget projects and not all projects under $50000
utilize the list The City or County has the discretion of using the roster provided it meets the budget criteria

How It Is Used The Artist Roster will be reviewed by a project specific seven-member panel comprised of
community members citycounty employees artists and arts professionals The panel for each project for which
