RISK ASSESSMENT

RISK ACTION TO BE TAKEN

The Risks for our music video are things such as :

Any damages done to the graves, in the graveyard we are shooting in, which can also lead to people harming themselves on the stones such as tripping over, standing on them, and slipping on them when the weather is bad.

Another risk which could happen is if someone fell into the canal near the location we we’re filming and that person couldn’t swim, and also the equipment that could get damaged.

A risk that could also happen is because we are working on a real graveyard which is still used for burials , so there might still be holes about , so when shooting the crew could fall into them and seriously hurt themselves.

Theres a wall, (ledge) around the outside of the graveyard, which one of the crew could fall off when they are backing up with the camera or not realising how close to the edge they are.

The action taken for this is for everyone such as the actors and camera men to avoid going near any damaged graves to avoid them harming themselves and damaging the graves more.

To avoid this from happening we are going to make sure no part of the filming crew goes anywhere near the canal to avoid this and other accidents.

The avoid this from happening before shooting, we are going to go around the location and check for any holes , and to see where we can have the characters moving without them hurting themselves.

To prevent this from happening we are going to inform all the members of the crew about it and to make them avoid going near this to prevent accidents and injuries from happening.
