SCOPE OF THE CONFERENCEThe Fifteenth International Conference on Metal Organic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (ICMOVPE-XV) builds upon the strong tradition established by past conferences through the presentation of the latest advances in science, technology and applications of MOVPE and related growth techniques.

The objective of the conference is to gather a wide spectrum of specialists from industry, commerce, academia, and national laboratories to present new developments in the fundamental and applied aspects of MOVPE technology. The program is designed to provide a wide range of opportunities for formal and informal discussions and presentations on unlimited topics.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONSubmit your abstract by December 15 in order to present your paper at ICMOVPE-XV!

Prospective authors wishing to present a paper at ICMOVPE-XV must submit a 350-word abstract online at ProgramMaster, which can be accessed from the conference Web site: http://www.tms.org/Meetings/Specialty/icmovpe-xv/home.aspx/.

Conference organizers receive electronic notification of all abstract submissions upon entry. Log in to ProgramMaster or click on HELP from the menu for instructions. Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstracts by the middle of March 2010.

Late News AbstractsA limited number of Late News Abstracts will be considered and must be submitted through ProgramMaster no later than May 7, 2010. Accepted authors will be notified prior to the conference.
