Designed by Satoru KANEKO <SCOPE> The symposium provides multidisciplinary discussions for diverse carbon related materials (CRM) such as diamonds, graphenes, nanotubes, fullerenes, amorphous- carbons and diamond-like-carbons. Plastic and flexible materials are also included. The Symposium involves formations, structures, properties, behaviors, and technological applications of CRM. There are two main aims. We should find reasons, (1) why CRM show unique and excellent natures in physical and mechanical properties, (2) why CRM show variety of properties though they have the common element of C.
