2018 Drive for Conference Championships The 2018 Season marks the California Wolfpack’s 1st year as a member of the Developmental Football International League (DFI), the first American developmental football organization. The 2018 Wolfpack team is focusing on bringing their first League Championship home. The Cali Wolfpack are affiliated with the DFI, operating as a not-for-profit organization under a 501(c)(3) status. This allows for sponsors to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Wolfpack program at a maximum tax-deductible level.

The road to a League Championship is tough and costly. But, with the help of local business groups, organizations and individual supporters like you, the California Wolfpack can meet our financial obligations while providing a cost-effective avenue for young men to reach their dreams. Especially in today’s economy, the expenses can exceed what we normally would be able to handle. But with our forces working together for a common goal, we can reach our financial needs and ultimately bring home a Championship.

Wolfpack Q and A Who are the California Wolfpack? - The California Wolfpack are a professional developmental league football team that gives young men the opportunity to continue and/or further their football careers as they attempt to make it to a higher level of professional football.

The Wolfpack also have an auxiliary dance/cheer unit called the “THE PACK.” In its first year of existence, the THE PACK provide entertainment and support at all home games. Like our football program, THE PACK program gives young women a chance to enhance their performance and technical skills while gaining experience on a professional level.

The California Wolfpack are very active in the greater Los Angeles area providing appearances, performances and community services for various charities, youth organizations and private organizations.

How long have the California Wolfpack been in existence? – The California Wolfpack will be entering their 1st year of operations in the upcoming 2018 season. THE PACK Dance Team will be entering their 1st year of operations.

Where do the Wolfpack get their players? – The Wolfpack recruit players from several walks of life. This includes major universities as well as local junior colleges. Fundamentally, we understand that every player will not get drafted into the NFL from a four year college. Another avenue is that we also give former NFL, CFL and AFL players the opportunity to utilize this level of football in hopes to regain admission into the above mentioned leagues.

Where do THE PACK get their dancers? - With Los Angeles being the entertainment center of the Western US, we are fortunate that quite a few young women have such an interest in dance. Many of our dancers have been dancing since elementary school age in ballet and jazz studios including Debbie Allen, the Millennium and the Edge Performing Arts studios. Several have also been past cheerleaders and dancers on the high school and collegiate level. Our program works with these young ladies to enhance their skills provide an avenue to reach out to professional dance groups associated with professional sports in the Southern California region.

Who financially funds the Wolfpack Program? – The Wolfpack are primarily funded by owners, Herb and April Cash.

The dance team is primarily funded by Director, Amber Bradley. Dr. Bradley has over 15 years of cheer and dance experience. She was a former professional cheerleader for the LA Clippers and a professional dancer for the Inglewood Blackhawks and Orange County Lawmen.

What benefit is there to fund this program on a not-for-profit level? –Simply, the Cash’s and Dr. Bradley do this for the love of the game, the love of cheer/dance and to see young people excel to possibly a professional level.

Is the Wolfpack program currently looking for assistance in the form of Sponsorships? – ABSOLUTELY! Both Wolfpack programs are currently looking for individuals, organizations and businesses to help sponsor the team for the upcoming 2018 season and beyond. There are numerous sponsorship opportunities inside this package that will not only assist our program, but will elevate the exposure of your organization/business through trade and promotions.
