What do you get when you combine historic landmarks with spooky spine-tingling stories?
Ghost Walk Riverside!
Tour Guides/Storytellers take guests on toursof some of Riverside’s oldest and most historicbuildings, weaving history and lore with tales ofghosts, goblins and the undead!
This fun event stalks downtown on Friday and Saturday before Halloween weekend. It’s a Halloween must for the whole family!
Who is Ghost Walk?
PRODUCED BY the CALIFORNIA RIVERSIDE BALLET, this unique event is supportedwith the talents of Riverside’s arts community.
THE AUTHORS, who have created spooky stories that incorporate aspin on our historical heritage: Dan Bernstein (Press Enterprise), PatrickBrien (Executive Director Riverside Arts Council), Alan Curl (formerPresident of the Historical Society), and others of Riverside fame.
THE STORYTELLERS, who enact the stories multiple timesthroughout the evenings to our traveling guests: Ann DeWolfe, JohnCollins, Mark Takano, Kathryn Gage, and others of Riverside fame.
THE DANCERS, dressed as gargoyles and zombies, perform classicThriller music. This year’s signature performance will be choreographedby Brandon J (dance instructor at UCR)
THE LOGISTICAL TEAMS: tour guides, ushers,crossing guards, production crews, and so on.
THE FESTIVAL ENTERTAINMENT: localbands, dancers, storytellers, vendors, and more.

Spirit Walk is a traveling cocktail party through downtown
Riverside designed to incite guest’s anticipation of the
ballet’s annual Ghost Walk events.
Spirit Walk will allow guests to visit several downtown
Riverside restaurants where they will delight in signature
cocktails and appetizers. Thursday evenings, October 6th
and 13th
