Now create a Maintenance plan – For the Calibration Equipment (IP01)

Assign the General task list for the Plan (We can also Equipment task lists as well)

Now lets simulate Calibration orders for future dates for running IP30.

As I ran the simulation for 400 days – I had got the above order generated.

Lets release the order and do next steps.

Release the order now..

Save.

Open the order again. An inspection lot should be generated. (PM-QM Integration)

Lets view the inspection lot…

Inspection lot got generated for the order against the Equipment.

Now We need to do Result Recording and Usage Decision against the Inspection lot.

Enter your results against each MIC

We see the lot status as Results confirmed.

Now lets do the UD:

Click Save

Click OK

Prompts to Order confirmation screen.

Enter work hours and save.

Lets go the order and see the status.

Order got CNF Confirmed.

See the Inspection Lot status:

RR & UD has been made.
