Our Vision We believe that God has put us here at this time to faithfully seek Him and make Him known through our prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness.

Our Values*Prayer, Love, WorshipBible-Based Preaching & Teaching Children & Youth MinistryDiscovering God’s vision for our church

What We Believe Many people believe they are Christian because they were born into a religious home or they go to church, tried their best, or are a moral person. However, the Bible teaches that these things do not make you a Christian. You become a Christian simply by:

1. Acknowledging that you, like all people have sinned and fallen short of God’s standards. The Bible calls sin a desire to live independently of God. (Romans 3:23)

2. Personally believing that Jesus Christ died for your sins on the cross and rose again. (Romans 6:23)

3. Repenting (turning away from your sins), confessing, and accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. (Romans 10:9)

You may express your desire and belief in prayer, asking Jesus to come into your life, and receiving grace as God’s gift to you. The Bible is clear that we all enter into a relationship with God through His mercy and grace.

WEXTRA DOLLARS There is a brochure with the story of the “Extra Dollar” in the Information Rack in the Welcome Center.

Message from the PastorToday marks a feast day celebration in the Church—All Saints. We will remember and celebrate the unbroken line of those in Christ who have gone on before us. Stretching back beyond Abraham and through all the centuries, we will celebrate those who are in the great cloud of witnesses and we will remember that we stand on the shoulders of giants. We will simultaneously celebrate a life well lived—a witness in word and deed while also mourning their physical presence and continued living witness among us.As I consider All Saints Day I shudder when I think of what my world will be like when my last living grandparent passes on, but I take comfort in knowing all the impact he and my other grandparents have had on me as a witness to the glory of God and the good news of Jesus Christ.Nehemiah and the people lamented their past sins as a people, but in this they also celebrated that they had been the beneficiaries of God’s tremendous grace and despite all the opposition they faced, they had completed the wall. They heard the witness of their ancestors read in Scripture of the steadfast love and faithfulness of God as well as past failure by the people to keep covenant with God. Yes, they had been a flawed people, but despite this God’s greatness was proclaimed and witnessed. We are so glad you have joined us in Worship this morning as we celebrate All Saints Sunday and we explore another lesson from Nehemiah and place Another Brick in the Wall: Witness.
