Jesus walks on the seaWhen evening came, the disciples of Jesus went down to the shore. They climbed into a boat, and traveled over the sea toward Capernaum. It was now dark, and Jesus still had not come to join them.
The sea arose and a strong wind blew. When they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus walking on the sea, and coming near to the boat and they were terrified. But Jesus said to them, it’s Me; don’t be afraid.
Then they took Him into the boat, and immediately the boat reached the land which they were headed for.
John Chapter 6, verses 16 to 21. (See also Matthew chapter 14, verses 22 to 33)
