I am writing this letter on behalf of myself and my wife Elsie.
We retained Attorney Kelley
Bosecker to assist us with a lawsuit against our mortgage
company for failure to work with us to
permit a lower monthly payment due to our hardship and to
provide us with information about
the true owner of our loan. We were very happy with Ms.
Bosecker’s representation of us andunderstood that a lawsuit
against the lender would be an uphill battle.
We were disappointed with the results of our quiet title lawsuit
but do not blame Ms. Bosecker.She advised us every step of the way
and we believed in the action we were pursing. The bank
eventually filed a foreclosure lawsuit against us. We retained
Ms. Bosecker to represent us in
that lawsuit also. With Ms. Bosecker’s help we were able to
obtain a loan modification with the
lender that provided us a monthly mortgage payment we could
afford. In addition, the settlementwe reached with the bank
dismissed/forgave the sanctions that were awarded against us in
the
quiet title lawsuit.
We wouldn’t have had to go through all this if the lender had
worked with us in the first place.
We found Ms. Bosecker to be a very competent, responsive, caring
attorney and she assisted usin saving our home.
