• California Promise will begin in fall 2018: all incoming CA resident students with an ADT are eligible to join and benefit from:

• Advising specific to graduating in two years• Early registration time• On-time completion of the degree to save the student money

Pioneer Path to Student Success

• Complete at least 15 units every quarter, following degree roadmap• Meet with General Education and major advisor every year• Check Horizon e-mail and Blackboard daily• Seek tutoring and supplemental instruction, as needed• Complete the Writing Skills Test (WST) as a junior

Program Impaction:Nursing: Students are first admitted to Cal State East Bay as “Interest in Nursing” and must apply directly to the Nursing B.S. major by the departmental deadlines.

Nursing Supplemental Application:

• $50 application fee

Enrollment Plan:• Designed to guarantee admission to academically qualified students from our service and admission

region (Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, San Francisco, Santa Clara and Solano counties).• Any academically qualified California resident who has completed the requirements for the Associate

Degree for Transfer in a similar major is also guaranteed admission, regardless of county.• Cal State East Bay’s goals are to ensure that our students have the courses and resources they need to
