3D_Analyzer Viewer is the perfect tool to independently review and analyze models of all major native and standard formats.Streamline your collaboration and integrate the availability of 3-D data throughout the entire product lifecycle process.

MCAD COLLABORATION TOOLSEquipped with powerful graphics and superfast interfaces, our viewer loads and analyzes all current CAD formats with impressive speed. High-end interfaces read many specific data formats, features, PMI as well as metadata. The viewer works with the exact B-Rep or tessellation description, allowing precise measurements and an exact calculation of the model properties.

PDQ CHECKERAssuring the quality of 3-D models regardless of format or generating system this tool is the only PDQ Checker available in a viewer. It verifies all 3-D geometries in accordance with SASSIG and VDA 4955/2 specifications. The results will be saved in an HTML format and failures are displayed on the model.

ADVANCED ANALYSIS FUNCTIONSAdvanced Compare indicates and displays all variances between different 3-D geometries reliable and fast. Parts and assemblies of different formats can be compared with user-defined accuracy. Discrepancies are highlighted by color and filter functions allow for an easy interactive analysis. For digital mock-up the reliable Collision Detection finds intersections between parts in assemblies. The detected collisions are highlighted by intersection curves while the model can be displayed transparent.The Thickness Checker indicates areas of a critical, user-defined wall thickness e.g. in casting parts. Areas, where the wall thickness falls below or rises above a defined value, are highlighted and can be displayed separately.
