programme “Namma Preethiya Gelaya”

1. The Free Health Camp was organized by CADMS Trust on the occasion of Doctors day celebration on 29.06.2014 in front of our Deepashri oldage home and Rehabilitation center from 10am to 3pm at Nagarbhavi, Bangalore.

The camp began at 10 am and registration of all the people who came to avail the

services was done.

The Camp inaugurated by Mr venkatesh Babu local corporator and Dr Sreedhar

from CAD MS Trust Bangalore.

Nearly 230 patients registered in this camp.

Preliminary screening of the people, the medical issues were identified.

The common morbidities observed were gastritis, generalized myalgia, dental

problems and skin problems (mainly scabies).Among school children, common

morbidities were rhinitis and cough. Among adolescent girls and reproductive age

group, dysmenorrhea was common. Among the elderly, vision problems (cataract)

and pains were observed. Some of the patients were referred to RRMCH for further

treatment and follow-up

The camp concluded successfully and the consultants work and enthusiasm is highly

appreciated

Around 50 employees were trained about Health and Hygine.

The camp was conducted at a Government Primary School, Akki Pikki colony near wonderla clinic,

the camp began at 10 am and registration of all the people who came to avail the services was done,

sent to the respective specialist for further evaluation. A total of 180 people attended the camp, the

common morbidities observed were gastritis, generalized myalgia, dental problems and skin

problems(mainly scabies) . Among school children, common morbidities were rhinitis and cough.

Among adolescent girls and reproductive age group, dysmenorrhoea was common. Among the

elderly, vision problems and joint pains were observed.

12. Dr Sreedhara KC was participated in Polio Immunization programme on Jan 2015

Attedended SUVARNA NEWS TV channel studio to address DK Ravi student days. Since we

are from same HULIYUR DURGA Hobli , and RKMT hostel mates , spent 4 years in the same

hostel
