Rx Imola C1 wash procedure

The following Procedure should be carried out at least twice a year at 1000 hour and 2000

hour Preventative aintenance visits or as re!uired to remove "acterial or #ungal build$

up from the R% Imola &nalyser'

C1 (ash solution is available from Randox order number R%)*+)'

1. Switch off the analyser and the PC.

2. Remove maintenance covers L1 and R1 by loosening 2xM4x screws of each side.

!. P"ll o"t the L#s"b tan$ as shown on the %ict"re below.

4. Loosen bottle to%s and remove all t"bes and the floating sensor.&. 'm%ty the s"b tan$ and fill it with C1 sol"tion "% to the high level mar$.

(. )nsert all t"bes bac$ into the s"b *an$.

+. Re%eat ste%s from ! to ( for the R#s"b tan$.

. ,isconnect water s"%%ly t"bing.

-. Switch on the analyser and the PC.

-. Press cancel on the %o%#"% screen a%%ears. See on %ict"re below

1. /se engineering %assword to login.

11. Connect inector syringe as shown on the %ict"re below.

14. Press xecto o%en the valve. hile valve is o%en withdraw a f"ll syringe of the li5"id.

1&. ,isconnect syringe t"bing and em%ty the syringe.

1(. Re#connect the syringe.

1+. *ic$ S"b#*an$ L '0 box. Set *ime to 2secs.

1. Press 'xec to o%en the valve. hile valve is o%en withdraw a f"ll syringe of the li5"id.

Leave syringe connected to analyser for 1 min to allow C1 dissolve stains inside the valves.

2(. Prime analyser ! times to remove remaining C1 sol"tion.

2+. P"t maintenance covers bac$ on8 the C1 wash is now com%lete.2. R"n a Rabs and Sabs test to ens"re o%eration is normal.
