Adverting to the above cited subject and reference, Tender were
invited for supply of TMT steel bars as per requirement of KRIDL Projects.
M/s Pulkit Metals & M/s Gangadhara Steels has quoted the lowest Rates in
the tender. The L1 Rates of the above firms has been approved by the Tender
Scrutiny Committee Meeting Dt:19/07/2011. In this regard Supply orders for
supply of TMT Steel Bars as per IS 1786 shall be placed on the approved firms
namely, M/ s Pulkit Metals, & M/ s Gangadhar Steels as per requirement of
the Projects. Please ensure that minimum one Truck load of Steel quantity of
10 M T Supply order shall placed against approved firms.
The approved rates towards supply of steel by the firms is inclusive ofall taxes, transportation, loading & Unloading FOR to KRIDL Projects.
v The Supply of Steel shall be as per standard specification Fe 500IS 1786, Test Certificate of Steel shall be obtained for eachconsignment.
v The Payment of Supply of TMT Steel bars to the firms shall bemade against supply immediately as per norms.

v Copy of supply orders placed by the Project and bills/invoicesreceived against supplies shall be marked to Hqrs for referenceand record.
v The details of quantities received and payments made shall beaccounted in the stores account and ledger as per KRIDLprocedure and norms.
The details of approved rates for supply of TMT Steel Bars and contactpersons address are mentioned in the Annexure-1 enclosed farnecessary action.
The Supply order shall be placed only on approved firms. Please notethat instructions are scrupulously followed and any violations willresult in disciplinary action against the concerned.
