Shah University Faculty of Management Studies Managed ByWardhmanBharti Trust Accredited by NAAC with B Grade Seminar cum Workshop On Cashless Economy and E-transactions With an objective to help students to understand the concept of 'Cashless Economy' and help them to use 'e-transaction', Faculty of Management Studies organized Seminar cum Workshop On Cashless Economy and E-transactions on 13 th December 2016. Hon. MLA (Wadhwan Vidhansabha) Smt. Varshaben Doshi was the Chief Guest of the workshop. She explained the need of going cashless and use of e-transaction and its impact on Indian Economy. She called upon students to come forward in not only using e-transaction but also helping people to learn e-transaction. She invited students to join her in teaching e-transaction to people of her adopted village and making it an ‘e-village’. Smt. Varshaben was assisted by her colleagues Krishanaben and Premlataben. Mr. Rakshit of SBI Regional office explained and demonstrated the use of various ways of conducting e-transactions. Later on he answered various questions raised by the audience about e- transactions. Program was started with floral welcome to guests and welcome speech by Hon. Vice Provost Dr. Vedvyas Dwivedi. Smt. Varshaben Doshi was felicitated by offering traditional shawl by Dr. Vedvyas Dwivedi. Dr. Kalpesh Wandra, Dean, Faculty of Engineering Technology offered floral welcome to Mr. Rakshit. Dr. Tejash Pujara, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies proposed vote of thanks. Deans of various faculties, Principals of constituent colleges, faculty members and students of C U Shah University were present in large number. Program was anchored by Mr. Deepak Sanghvi. The program was coordinated by Faculty of Management Studies under the guidance of Dr. Tejash Pujara, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies. Dr. Tejash Pujara
