INTRODUCTION

Thank you for inviting CC:Your Australian DMC to submit our Credentials for your planned program in Australia.

Being a highly customer-focused agency, we devote the utmost attention to the smallest of details because we know that it is these details combined that culminate in a highly successful event. CC:YOUR AUSTRALIAN DMC - MANAGEMENT… As Australian DMC specialists we will work with you as an extension of your team. CC:Your Australian DMC can manage all or just some of the following aspects of your Australian inbound event – it is up to you:

Airport meet and greet and dispatch to transport (whether that is by coach, limousine, Harley, helicopter or other

innovative suggestions).

Accommodation recommendations and reservations.

All meal recommendations and reservations, whether on site at the host hotel or offsite.

All ground transportation.

All offsite activities including touring, private tour guides and team building if applicable.

All domestic flights and assistance with flights to other destinations if required.

• implements activities consistent with meeting goals (i.e. teambuilding, ice breaking, social opportunities, relaxing,

and reward opportunities if applicable)

• evaluates and selects entertainment options appropriate for group and client objectives; manages entertainment

contracts and rider requirements

• showcases unique elements of meeting destination; creates exclusive opportunities unavailable to general public

and unknown by client

• protects client confidentialities; investigates possible corporate conflicts, competitor meetings, and security levels

considerations; proactively manages arrival/departure changes, cancellations, and additions by adding cancelling

transportation and staff resources

• oversees and manages all consumption of alcohol; proactively manages the safety concerns with alcohol

• creates routings for all transportation moves to ensure efficient and accurate directions; investigates potential

street closings, construction sites, conflicting event permits or weather considerations

Service Levels by CC:Your Australian DMC:

• ensures all elements of program meet desirable customer service levels; anticipates elements of events to ensure

comfort and safety of all guests. Manages the service level of all suppliers utilised for program requirements;

effectively communicates to all vendors the timing and delivery of contracted services; ensures vendors are

knowledgeable and trained on the delivery of services required

• selects and manages staff to support the delivery of all services

• plans and manages bump-in and bump-out of all program elements including rentals, floral, decor and

entertainment needs. Provides accurate feedback to clients on program choices
