SEAGULL TIN TIN PORPHYRY & SKARN DISTRICT PLAY - YUKON TERRITORY LOCATION & ACCESS The Seagull Tin Property is centred at 60 o 08' N 131 o 30' W on NTS 105 B 3/4 in the Watson Lake Mining District, Yukon Territory and consists of 85 Quartz claims covering 11 separate showings in the Seagull Batholith. The property is 156 km W of Watson Lake and 24 km NW of Swift River. It is readily accessible by helicopter and by float plane to Dorsey Lake. EXPLORATION HISTORY Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting first explored in the area during the 1940's after the Alaska Highway was completed. Esansee Exploration discovered the JC Skarn peripheral to the Seagull Batholith in 1967 and the deposit was drilled off by the JC Syndicate (Dome / Cominco) in 1977. DuPont staked the heart of the Seagull Batholith at the same time and discovered numerous tin-tungsten + silver occurrences within and immediately adjacent to the intrusion. Brett Resources restaked the JC tin and several other drilled showings on the southwest margin of the intrusion in 2005. Panarc Resources staked the showings within the intrusion in March 2011 and optioned them to North Arrow Minerals later in the year. The property was returned to Panarc in January 2013. The Seagull Batholith - a large, tin-enriched intrusive complex underlying the largest tin regional stream geochemical anomaly in the GSC Cordilleran database. Claims cover 11 tin skarn / vein & greisen / porphyry showings in the core of the intrusion. Tin in bedrock showings to 2% Sn and large soil geochemical anomalies. Significant potential to host large tonnage tin porphyry style mineralization but relatively unexplored.. Located 24 km NW of Swift River on the Alaska Highway.

EXPLORATION HISTORY

Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting first explored in the area during the 1940's after the Alaska Highway wascompleted. Esansee Exploration discovered the JC Skarn peripheral to the Seagull Batholith in 1967 andthe deposit was drilled off by the JC Syndicate (Dome / Cominco) in 1977. GEOLOGY & ECONOMIC MINERALIZATION

The Seagull Batholith is a complex, zoned, dominantly granitic intrusion varying in composition fromgranite to quartz monzonite. It contains numerous feldspar-quartz porphyries, dominantly in thenorthwest section of the batholith where the claim blocks are located. The intrusion is mariolitic withabundant tourmaline and topaz, indicating enrichment in lithophile and incompatible elements. TheSeagull Batholith underlies the largest regional tin geochemical anomaly in the Canadian Cordillera(GSC database) and hosts tin skarn; tin veins and greisens; and tin-porphyry showings, eleven of whichcomprise the Seagull Tin Property. The DO and ECCLES Claims host very promising showings.

DO Claims

The Do Claims cover Yukon Minfile Showing 105B 083 (SIN). At higher elevations, quartz-tourmaline-fluorite-muscovite-malayaite greisen sampled up to 0.1% Sn and magnetite-garnet skarnreturned values to 0.2% Sn. At lower elevations to the west, skarn within roof pendantmetasediments (not mapped at a regional scale) is developed in dark green metavolcanic rocks with10-15% sulphides (pyrite-sphalerite-galena), fluorite, and cassiterite together with quartz-limonitegangue. Grab samples from this horizon in 2011 returned tin values ranging from 1579 ppm Sn to2.459% Sn with one sample also returning >100 ppm Ag. The lower reaches of the ridge uponwhich the mineralization is centred are covered by talus and by colluvium with thin soildevelopment. A soil anomaly defined by values greater than 200 ppm Sn extends for a distance ofapproximately 500 m across the ridge slope and beneath the mineralization exposed in outcrop. Thepeak values (to 1300 ppm Sn) are centred beneath the zone of tin-bearing quartz veins on the ridge. It is interesting that the soil tin values at this location greatly exceed the tin concentrations inbedrock samples located above them on the slope.

Regional stream sediment geochemical data for tin - GSC data base. Mean is4ppm Sn; standard deviation is 7 ppm Sn.

ECCLES Claims

The Eccles Claims are centred on a prominent greisen zone on Eccles Ridge, just east of the JC Deposit. The ridge appears to be in the apex of a local dome in the underlying Seagull Batholith as metavolcanicand metasedimentary rocks are exposed in roof pendants at lower elevations surrounding the ridge. DuPont mapped a greisen zone consisted of an east-west striking “North Vein” and a parallel greisen zoneto the south. This was described as 2 to 7 m wide exposed over a strike length of at least 90 m, andconsisting of numerous dominantly parallel veins 2 to 20 cm thick forming a local array.. The North Veinis a similar array of parallel quartz veins within a zone approximately 50 cm wide and approximately 90 mlong. Both zones dip steeply south. On examination in 2011, both the greisen zone and the North Vein areexposed over a distance of approximately 100 m in frost-heaved, rubble bedrock exposure. Quartz veinsin the area are oriented at approximately E-W and dip steeply south. They consist of white to grey, vuggy, medium grained quartz, with a central grey cockscomb texture quartz zone. Minor tourmaline and finegrained cassiterite occurs in portions of the veins. Samples collected in 2011 from the greisen zonereturned 1.069% Sn and 1.550% Sn while a sample from the North Vein returned 5936 ppm Sn.

PROPOSED EXPLORATION PROGRAM

In 2013, Panarc Resources plans to focus exploration on the DO and ECCLES Claims and to follow up theresults of a regional stream sediment survey covering the unstaked areas within the Seagull Batholith.
