The Plaza’s most famous guests we have namedthis cocktail after one of his best tales.
We begin with blanco tequila and mezcal joined with muddled strawberries and sweet peppers. This
combination is sweetened with agave syrup, blood orange juice and then given a little extra citrus with fresh lime
juice to create a unique cocktail that will truly toll for thee.
C O C O M O N K E YEnjoy a bit of paradise in midtown Manhattan with this tropical potion. The rich taste of Pyrat XO reserve rum
is combined with the citrus and vanilla fl avors of Licor 43 along with muddled banana slices to help begin
your journey on this tropical breeze. Coconut water,fresh cream and house made banana syrup will keep you
sailing along. The cocktail is then fi nished with grated nutmeg, a banana slice and a chocolate straw which will
make your tropical sojourn complete.
H I B I S C O S O U RA sour cocktail with a foundation of Pisco 100, pisco
brandy has been distilled in Peru since the 16th century and is one of the fi rst spirits ever distilled in the Americas. The subtle cherry fl avor of Luxardo liqueur and fl oral tanginess of hibiscus syrup adds
a cross section of taste that is enhanced with cherry puree. This is a wonderfully refreshing way to
welcome in the warmer days of spring and summer.
C A C A O D I A M O N DSmokey and sweet, this cocktail combines Cacao
Prieto Don Estaban dark chocolate rum liqueur and Basil Hayden bourbon, but not before washing the glass with Ardbeg scotch whiskey, for a little added smoke. It is complimented with house made coffee
pecan bitters, then rounded out with a touch of orange zest.

The Rose Club, embodying the grandeur of The Plaza with a splash of contemporary style and
spirit, overlooks the stunning hotel lobby.
Located where the legendary Persian Room once played host to such formidable acts as Miles
Davis, Kay Thompson, Duke Ellington and Liza Minnelli, the walls of this lounge have listened in
on many unforgettable moments in music and entertainment history.
Today, we invite guests and New Yorkers alike to continue this tradition by joining us every Wednesday night for live jazz performed by
Kat Gang from 8:30pm-11:30pm.
The Rose Club menu features an array of signature and classic cocktails, wines,
champagnes, and a select epicurean menu to satisfy the tastes of those wishing to indulge in
lighter gourmet fare.
