C I R C U L A R The First Semester Regular / Improver / Failure Examinations 2013 and First & Second Special Semester

Examinations 2012 for Ex-Batches shall be held w.e.f. Monday 22nd

April 2013 of all disciplines at

Institutes and Departments. Following is the schedule for the forthcoming semester examination.

The Directors/ Chairpersons are requested to prepare examination time table to conduct papers at morning

and evening. It may also be ensured that the Admission Roll Number and subjects (Major / Minor) are

correctly mentioned by the candidate in the examination form. The examinations forms are countersigned

and stamped by the Director/ Chairperson. Further, the Directors/ Chairpersons are advised to ensure that

following checks are properly done before forwarding forms to the Examinations Wing.

1. 60% minimum attendance is required for the candidates appearing as Regular at

First Semester Examination 2013. 2. Two passport size photographs duly attested, one photograph be pasted on the Examination Form

and one on the Admit Card / Slip with gum.

3. One attested photocopy of student’s identity card and student’s Computerized National Identity

Card (CNIC) are attached with the Examination Form. 4. Examination Form and Admit Card / Slip are duly filled-in for both major and minor subjects. 5. The original copy of the challan for the candidates appearing at First Semester Examination

Improver / Failure 2013 and Special Examination 2012 be attached with the Examination Form. 6. Vide resolution No. 06 Dated: 09-08-2007, the candidates appearing as Fresh / Regular at Part

One to Final will not deposit examinations fees as it is pegged with the admission fees at the time

of admission.

Note:

The detailed time table of all major subjects for Morning/ Evening shift will however be made by heads of the

departments / institutes/ centers. Evening papers scheduled on Friday will be conducted from 03:00 PM to

05:00 PM (Regular Examination) and 3:00 PM to 06:00 PM (Improver/ Failure/Special Examinations). No outsider is allowed in the Examination Centre during Examination Hours. Any student without his/ her admit card/ slip will not be allowed to enter in the Examination Centre.
