VaporizersDesigned for use with organic fluids to transfer heatat high temperatures and low pressures, Chromaloxpre-engineered, prewired, and pre-piped packagesare designed for flexible, dependable, and efficientoperation. All units are ASME-certified to 150 psi at750ºF (400ºC) with 300 lb construction throughout.Seal-welded element design eliminates leaks and im-proves serviceability. Available with over-pressure,process, remote, or skid-mounted controls.

Indirect Chamber HeatingDue to temperatures, pressure, and corrosion, indirect heating methods using band and stripheaters are often most effective for pre-heatingdeposition chambers. Hot oil heat transfer systemsare perfect for high-temperature indirect heatingof ovens and chambers up to 750ºF (400ºC).

Direct Chamber HeatingDesigned to fit any vessel, oven, or custom equipment, Chromalox immersion heaters can be used to pre-heat and maintain the temperatures of deposition chambers.

LaminatorsHot oil heat transfer systems provide direct or indirectheat for most lamination applications. Due to tempera-ture, pressures, and corrosion, band and strip heatersare often a most effective indirect heating source andproduce cost savings.

Polysilicon ProductionElectric inline circulation heaters are perfectly designed for process heating and essential topolysilicon production. Custom designed to man-age high pressures, temperatures, and corrosion,circulation heaters provide pre-heat and super-heat for many process materials, from STC andTCS to hydrogen, ammonia, and dopant gases.

Control SystemsFrom basic, low-cost temperature and process con-trollers, to monitors and overtemperature controls, tomore sophisticated control systems like the Chromalox®

Heat Trace and ControlsHeat trace is used to counteract the heat loss fromprocess equipment and piping through its insulation, to prevent solution precipitation and the increase ofviscosity or solidification of product, and to providefreeze protection. Chromalox offers a variety of heattrace cable; temperature control, monitoring, and management in one, modular package; and all of the necessary components needed to complete the installation, including splices, power connection boxes,and water-resistant end-seal terminations.

Component HeatersComponent heaters can be used by themselves andthey can be integrated into more complex heatingsystems providing a complete thermal solution foryour heating requirements. Shape and size most oftenare the determining factor in most heater applications.Chromalox carries the widest selection of standardcomponent heaters in many shapes, sizes, andwattages.
