Student Profile: Jessica & Brooke Cake decorating101, Feb 2013“We loved our cake decorating course 101 with Lauren Blogg. The day was so much fun and provided us with all of the knowledge and skills we needed to successfully decorate a mud cake. During the day we got our hands dirty with delicious chocolate ganache and learnt how to smooth and surface a cake with fondant.

The whole day was an absolute ball and everyone was ecstatic with the outcome of their own individual cake. It was fun spending the day with a group who were all working together to give hints and a helping hand. At the end of the day we left with our own cake and all of our family and friends absolutely loved both the look and taste. We are now excited to plan for and attend the next ‘Square cake decorating’ course and ‘Designer Cupcake’ course. All in all we rate 10/10 and are so grateful for the experience” : )

Student Profile: Jessica & Brooke Cake decorating101, Feb 2013“We loved our cake decorating course 101 with Lauren Blogg. The day was so much fun and provided us with all of the knowledge and skills we needed to successfully decorate a mud cake. During the day we got our hands dirty with delicious chocolate ganache and learnt how to smooth and surface a cake with fondant.

The whole day was an absolute ball and everyone was ecstatic with the outcome of their own individual cake. It was fun spending the day with a group who were all working together to give hints and a helping hand. At the end of the day we left with our own cake and all of our family and friends absolutely loved both the look and taste. We are now excited to plan for and attend the next ‘Square cake decorating’ course and ‘Designer Cupcake’ course. All in all we rate 10/10 and are so grateful for the experience” : )
