Refugee ResettlementProvides social service assistance for all refugees, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of State and Oklahoma Department of Human Services, to support them in navigating the governmental process of resettlement. Social services offered include house set-up and case management to help refugees become self-sufficient and adjust to life in the United States. Assistance accessing community resources such as English as a Second Language classes, health screenings and job orientation is also available.

Social Action & AdvocacyConducts legislative advocacy with federal, state and local governmental agencies to promote justice, recognize dignity of all human life and serve those in need.

Family H.O.P.E. Case ManagementOffers strength-based case management that builds partnerships with families threatened by homelessness and severe financial stressors to eliminate barriers to success and self-sufficiency.

Immigration Legal ServicesProvides legal services at a low cost to low-income residents in Oklahoma in accordance with U.S. immigration law, including family reunification, political asylum visas, naturalization, citizenship, green card replacement.

Homeless ServicesSanctuary Women’s Development Centers Provides homeless and low-income women and their children resources in Oklahoma City and Norman. Women are offered support and advocacy to alleviate the effects of poverty, empowering them with the tools to overcome homelessness. Shower and laundry facilities, computer lab, food and beverages, clothing, hygiene items, AA and NA meetings, job search, counseling and case management available.

Holy Family HomeProvides a multi-generational residential environment for community-based services and case management to homeless women and their children - educating, empowering and promoting positive lifestyles to residents.

St. Joseph’s Counseling, Education and OutreachProvides professional, family strengthening, counseling and related services to individuals, couples, families, Catholic school staff/students who are experiencing emotional stress. Parish referral required. Suicide prevention training (QPR) available to parishes and Catholic schools.

Adoption and Pregnancy ServicesEthical, pressure-free and licensed child placement for infant adoptions. Provides support and counseling for birth/adoptive parents throughout the adoption process and pregnancy. Women in a crisis pregnancy can access counseling and other case management services.

Mission AdvancementSupports all programs and projects of Catholic Charities through volunteer, event, marketing and donor relationship management.

Parish EngagementWorks with parishes to promote, support and implement effective social ministries and structures, including Faith Community Health Ministries, to reduce the root causes of poverty.

Service-Enriched HousingProvides affordable housing to low-income families making adjustments in their lives. To be eligible to live in housing units, adult family members must enroll in the Family H.O.P.E. program.

Disaster ServicesProvides emergency assistance, trauma counseling, service coordination and long-term case management after disasters. Also works with communities to enhance and strengthen community resiliency and preparedness.

A Very Giving ChristmasThrough the generous gifts of donors, clients are able to shop for Christmas presents in Catholic Charities’ St. Nick’s Shoppe. This program asks clients to give back to the community by volunteering throughout the year.
