PEOPLE WHO HELP US IN THE LOCAL

FIRE FIGHTERS Fire fighters save peoples lives. They try there best to save and look

after us. They use water hoses and gas masks so

they can breath. They also use axes and scissors called ”jaws for life”

POLICE They take away robbers and nasty

people. (They look out for them too!) They look after children and keep them

safe. They keep themselves safe by having a

special button which calls other police so that one doesn't get harmed.

They also have a special tool called “CS” spray.

MEDICAL STAFF They help you feel better when you are

hurt. They look after you. They sometimes give you operations. They need to have their arms bare and

clean. There are lots of medical staff.

CHARITIES They raise money like on red nose day! They help people with diseases. There are lots of charities like cancer

and children in need.
