It is one of the most well known fairs in the world.

It begins 2 weeks after Semana Santa.

It lasts one week long.

During the night the streets are filled with light bulbs and they light up the whole city.

It takes place in Los Remedios, Spain

The music played at the fair is Castilian music.

Its an originally type of Spanish folk music.

LAS FALLAS IS ONE OF THE MOST EXCITING FESTIVALS IN SPAIN. THE WHOLE TOWN COMES TO CELEBRATE ST. JOSEPH’S DAY.

THIS PARTICULAR FESTIVAL IS LOUD, ENERGETIC, AND ALSO HIGH SPIRITED EACH YEAR WHEN THIS EVENT OCCURS.

THERE ARE HUGE GIGANTIC FIRES AND THE STREETLIGHTS GO OUT AT MIDNIGHT ON MARCH 19TH.

THE FALLAS ARE MODELS THAT ARE MADE OUT OF WAX AND WOOD, AND ARE ALSO CHARACTERIZED.

TOURIST FROM OTHER COUNTRIES EVEN COME OUT TO BE INVOLVED IN THE FESTIVAL. IT IS INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN!
