• Pv: Points value (every Longrich products has an equivalent points value)

• Generation: Placement of your referrals

• Spill over: A distributor who is registered under you by your upline and will be a part of your placement tree

• Sponsor tree: All your direct referrals and their referrals under you. In other words, all those you sponsor and their direct sponsors forms your sponsor tree

• Placement tree: All your downlines including those you sponsor or did not sponsor. Every one under you forms a part of your placement tree

• Legs: Various groups (Everyone in most cases forms 3 various groups) in your network This is an advanced and powerful compensational plan which offers greater profitability. 1. RETAIL PROFIT After you register with the company to become an authorized partner, the company gives you an ID (code) with which you can purchase products at any sub-office or head office nationwide. The products will be purchased at wholesale prices. Company expects you to sell products at the retail prices to make some retail profits which in most cases is 20% of the wholesale prices. The difference between the retail price and the whole sale price is what makes your Retail Profit. Eg. At wholesale, the Alkaline cup is ȼ300 and retailed at ȼ360. Difference of ȼ60 is the retail profit. If 100 cups are sold, you make good money, that is ȼ6000 as retail profit for yourself.

2. SPONSOR BONUS / FAST START BONUS

This is the bonus paid for enrolling someone into the business. It is paid to the partner who sponsored. There are 4 stable entry levels in Longrich;

Silver (120pv), Gold (240pv), Platinum (720pv) and the VIP (1680pv).

When someone wants to enroll at any of the stable entry points (ie.) Silver, Gold, Platinum or VIP, he or she would have to start at any of these startup package and select other products of their choice to upgrade to any of these stable points. How much you earn on sponsor bonus is based on which of the startup package you selected when doing the registration.

Currently, there are 3 startup packages in Ghana.

The Startup Pack1 (Student Combo) is ȼ152.00 ($12) Startup Pack2 (Q-Silver Combo) is ȼ 570.00 ($25) and the Startup Pack3 (Silver Combo) is ȼ 850.00.

Understand that these Startup packages have fixed products.

If you select the ȼ850.00 startup pack, Longrich pays you $50 (ȼ190.00) as sponsor bonus. If you are able to enroll 100 people and start each of them at the ȼ850.00 started pack, you make $5000 (ȼ19,000). If you select the ȼ570.00 startup pack, Longrich pays you $25 (ȼ105.00) as sponsor bonus. If you are able to enroll 100 people and start each of them at the ȼ570.00 started pack, you make $2500 (ȼ10,500). If you select the ȼ152.00 startup pack, Longrich pays you $12 (ȼ41.00) as sponsor bonus. Longrich as well reward those who sponsored you as well. So, with this package 2 other partners also benefit. The person who sponsored you and the person who sponsored the one who sponsored you. You may have to read it again to understand but I hope you finally get to understand. So, you the person enrolling the new partner is paid $12 (ȼ45.00), $3 (ȼ10.00) to your sponsor and $6 (ȼ20.00) to your sponsors sponsor. The whole team get to benefit when this starter pack is selected.

3. PERFORMANCE BONUS

The Performance bonus is based on your Placement tree which means every one under your tree and to infinity going down your tree. You are paid a weekly percentage of every activity of your downlines and it is based on your membership status.

We have already established that the maximum number of people you can place under yourself is 3. This means that, as your trees grows, you will have 3 legs or tree growing. Let denote these 3 teams as A, B and C. So eventually you have team A, team B and team C. This payment is paid weekly.

What the company does is that, it calculates the total pvs (products) in each team at the end of the week. The company takes the power leg (highest generating pv for that week) and pay you money on the two lesser legs. Eg. Let say at the end of the week, this is how your tree looks like. Leg A= 15,000pv Leg B= 10,000pv Leg C= 5,000pv The company takes the power leg, ie the Leg A. And then add the 2 lesser leg, 10,000 + 5000 = 15,000pv Now based on your current positions (entry level) you are paid a percentage on it. If you are at Silver = 8% of the total (15,000pv) = $1200 = ȼ4,560.00 If you are at Gold = 10% of the total (15,000pv) = $1500 = ȼ5,700.00 If you are Platinum or VIP = 12% of the total (15,000pv) = $1,800= ȼ6840.00 Don’t worry about the highest leg taken, it adds to your total pv and eventually increases you in ranks. It may even be you are not aware of all these pvs generated. The money just hits your account. That is the important of network marketing with or without your involvement, you still enjoy all these benefits. MY ADVICE, DON’T STOP UPGRADING. UPGRADE TILL YOU GET TO VIP, because the 2% difference in levels are very huge money.

4. DEVELOPMENT BONUS This is also similar to the performance bonus and it is based on the placement tree. Only that the company consider one single purchases (either upgrade or enrolling) of 60pv and above made by your downlines. If someone makes a purchase between 60-119pv, it is considered as 1 pack of 60pv, if someone makes a purchase between 120-179pv, it is considered as 2 packs of 60pv and so on. In simple terms, how many 60pv can we get from each single purchase. What the company does is that, it calculates the total number of packs of 60pv in each team at the end of the week. The company takes the power leg (highest generating packs of 60pv for that week) and pay you money on the two lesser legs. On each pack of 60pv in the 2 lesser legs, Longrich pays you $6 (10%). Example Leg A = Has 200 packs of 60pvs made. Leg B = Has 150 packs of 60pvs made Leg C = Has 100 packs of 60pvs made. The company pays you on Leg B and C. (150+100= 250 packs in total on the two lesser legs) On each 60pv the company pays $6. Development Bonus = (250 × $6 = $1500 = ȼ5,700.00) Note that, Performance Bonus and Development Bonus is purely based on the activities of your downlines only. It puts much importance on why you need to build a solid team and build it evenly. You qualify for Performance and Development when you have personal pv of 60pvs and above.

5. LEADERSHIP BONUS

This is another huge income and it is based on your sponsor tree. As your tree grows and total pvs increases, you begin to earn ranks in the company;

Diamond 1, Diamond 2, Diamond 3, Diamond 4, Diamond 5, Diamond 6, Diamond 7, Star Director 1, Star Director 2, Star Director 3, Star Director 4, Star Director 5.

Earning a rank qualifies you to earn percentages on the performance bonuses of your downlines in your sponsor tree. The numbers attached to the ranks (Diamonds) means you will be earning to that generation on the sponsor tree. Diamond 1 will end only on first generation, Diamond 2 earns to the 2nd generation, Diamond 3 to the 3rd and it goes on and on as shown below.

The percentages seen are the percentages on the performance bonuses of downlines earned. Remember that, as the tree grows in levels, the number of people in each level (generation) increases and it is same with what happens to your earnings. Your earnings will increase in amount on leadership bonus as you rise in ranks. NOTE that, Leadership Bonus is the only bonus that comes along with a condition by doing a 30PV retail order within a cycle (a month).

6. RETAIL ORDER BONUS

You can only do retail orders when you have upgraded to Silver or Above. You enjoy very well when you have downlines under you also doing retail orders or you have earned a leadership rank (Diamonds) in the business. It is the only bonus which is calculated on a cycle base (4 weeks).

This bonus has been designed to allow partners who are very good at selling but not recruiting also benefits from Longrich International. Partners who own shops, or have the ability to move good pvs also earn very good income. Retail Order Bonus comes in many forms. These includes; a. 15 levels Matrix Bonus (Sponsor Tree)

b. Breakaway Bonus. (Sponsor Tree)

c. Horizontal S.D Bonus (Sponsor Tree) d. Vertical S.D Bonus (Sponsor Tree)

a. 15 level Matrix bonus. Partners who have earned ranks in Longrich activates their leadership bonuses by doing a retail order of 30pv in a cycle. The company gives you a 4.5% ($1.35) on each 30pv a downline does to the 15 level (generation). Example, if you have 1000 people under you, and they do their 30pvs within the cycle (4 weeks), the company pays you the upline $1350 (ȼ5,130.00).

b. Breakaway Bonus Within the cycle (4 weeks), some partners are able to do more than 30pv retail orders. Suppose after your upgrade to gold, you want to maintain at gold, then you can start doing retail orders from the beginning of the cycle. At the end of the cycle. The company calculates all your pvs you made in the cycle and pay you a percentage. Eg. Within the cycle, you were able to do retail orders worth 500pvs. The company takes the first 30pv and pays you $1.35

(ie) 4.5% on the 30pvs). The company pays you a percentage on the left over. Breakways Payout Percentages 0 <pv < 100 = 21% 100 <pv <200= 25 % 200 < pv < 400 = 29% 400 < pv < 800 = 33% 800 <pv <1600 = 37% 1600 < pv< 3500 = 41 % 3500 < pv = 45 % So, in the example cited above, a total of 500 pv retail order within 4 weeks (cycle) Company takes first 30pvs. That is 500 - 30 = 470pv Breakaway 470 pv falls with 400 <pv <800 ranges which qualifies you for a percentage of 33. 470 × 33% = $155.1 And your $1.35 from the first 30pv. You earn a total of $156.15 equivalent to ȼ594.51 The interesting thing is that, should your downlines also do these breakaway (thus more than 30pv on retail order in a cycle, your percentage earnings also increases). We will tackle the C & D retail order bonus later.
