Ghettos Jews were not only segregated

but also isolated .They had to live in ghettos ,in the poorest, most dilapidated parts of cities. Overcrowding and disease were rife with little sanitation, food, or education. However, some Jews tried to continue as normal, running schools printing newspaper and holding concerts.

The location

The concentration camps were first made in eastern Europe after they were invaded by the Nazis .El Paso , Juarez, and Germany also had concentration camps. Concentration camps such as Auschwitz were meant to humiliate and torture the Jews of Europe because they were so called “enemies”.

GENOCIDE

-the holocaust was basically a crime of genocide, or mass murder of people because of race, religion, ethnicity, politics, or culture.

The result of political, economic, and social factors facing Germany after WWI and WWII. Also Hitler’s hatred of non-Ayrans.
