Clothing in Egypt was mostly based on comfort because of the hot climate. Men often wore kilts that reached the knee. Also, both men and women loved jewelry and wore as much as they could afford.

JEWELRY

In Egypt, jewelry had meanings of luck and religion. Amulets were worn in life and after death because they were believed to have special powers to protect bodies from evil.
