Add one bale of wood shavings

Add burnished,

bisqued pottery

Add3 pounds of Kosher

salt

Add1 pound of

copper sulfate

Gently lay small

kindling over pots

Gently lay split logs over the kindling to fill the kiln

Add crumpled newspape

r and more

kindling

Add dried Christmas wreaths

Carefully light wreaths and cover half of the kiln with

sheet metal

Cover the remaining half of the kiln with sheet metal

The kiln takes approximately24 hours to fire

When the kiln has cooled, unload and see the
