What do they eat?
Zebras eat a lot of grass. They are herbivores, which means they eat plants.
Herbivore
Why do zebras stay together? To stay safe from predators.
All zebras have white and black patterns. You’ll know if they’re together when they look like paper and black paint.
FUN FACTS!
My favorite part is that zebras are part of the family of horses and donkeys.
Zebras stand up while sleeping. Zebras eat mostly grass. Every zebra has a unique pattern of black
and white. The a zebra shows its mood.

AwesomeGiraffes are kind of like humans. They don’t wear shirts, but they have 7 bones similar to us.
Do you have neck bones? Yeah you do and so do giraffes. People and giraffes have 7 neck bones. People bones are smaller, but giraffes bones can be over ten inches long.
How fast can you be?
Usain Bolt is the fastest person ever. He runs the 100 meter at 28 mph. Giraffes run at 35 mph. Speed is not the only thing they do to protect themselves against lions and crocodiles. Giraffes have a deadly karate kick.
Thirsty?
Giraffes only need to drink water once every few days because they are always eating. They love to eat Acacia leafes. Acacia leaves contain water and that is why giraffes only drink water once a day. Giraffes live in the savanna of Africa.
Standing up!
Giraffes spend most of their life standing up, they even sleep and give birth wile standing up.
Baby giraffes are called calf.
