Mission Statement Playing sports is a great way to keep children fit, healthy and strong. However sometimes it can be very dangerous. Many children have severely injured themselves playing sports like hockey. That is why we have created the Protective Pro body pads to ensure that your child remains unharmed.
The Product The Protective Pro body pads are the only product in their market that offers full body protection for hockey. With padding covering everywhere, which normal pads don’t cover, chances of injury are much less.

Customer service
Cost $10 a month for credit card we need to sell at least $500 a month to make it worth while this company is called global payment Canada
Customer payment
The company will face lots of competition. There are more famous hockey protection companies; however they don’t have the full protection of protective pro. After wearing protective pro body armor other brands of hockey equipment just won’t give the wearer the same safety. There will be companies such as Bauer or reebok whose product may seem quit protective but nothing will guarantee your children’s safety like Protective pro.
Competition
1. Increase the amount of products made per month
This can be achieved by expansion of the company when we will have enough customers to buy the extra items. It will significantly increase our profits.
2. Sell company to Major Hockey company
Once the company has expanded considerably we will sell it. Companies will want to buy us because we will be taking their business away from them. Also they will view it as a way to make much more cash flow
Goals
Once the company has substantially increased in size we will expand in two ways:
1. We will create protective pro body armor for lacrosse and football
2. We will create two different variations of the body armor, there will be the original “protective pro original” and the new “protective pro platinum”
Growth
Problem: Large competition Solution: We offer full
protection which the competition doesn’t have
Problem two: Small initial income
Solution: Just like any starting company we won’t have a steady stream of cash flow in the beginning. Once we expand our customer base we will increase the number of items made per month which will be sold, ultimately increasing our profits.
Problems and
Solutions
The conclusion is that protective pro body armor by far offers the most protection out of any others sports protection companies. All the spots left unprotected can now be saved from harm.
