AND SUBJECTS.By Andrew Bateh
A subject is the person or thing that is or does something.
A verb is the action that the subject performs in the sentence.
What are subjects and verbs?
Whether the verb is singular or plural determines if it is the action of a group or a single thing.
If the verb is singular it will end in “t” If the verb is plural it will end in “nt”
