Company purchases air compressors which serve various purposes in its manufacturing production process. One compressor is used solely to blow a part out of a die so that the part is not required to be handled in order to move it to the next production stage.

Two other air compressors are used primarily for sandblasting by blowing beads onto a part for the final finishing stage of production.

Specification : This versatile machine works on the principle of blasting high speed silicon

grit by high compressed air pressure created by a safety device, a protectedcompressor through moisture proof air receiver.

The special hose is reinforced with graded rubber & the nozzle isceramic\tungsten.

The high pressure flow from the hose goes into the blasting chamber which in turn is connected to an exhaust chamber which consists of a cyclone forrecyclable silicon grit on pollution free sand chambers with fibre baffles forsand blocking & collection.
