Fixtures 2015-2016 (Round 6)

All to be played on Saturday, approx. every 4 weeks, matches from 11am. Venue tbc (hoping to be back at Bristol Brunel, BS5, if we can get some 7 a side goals) Draw to be done end Aug 2015 (deadline for entries is 1st August 2015) Team Entry Please complete the team entry form on 3rd page of this document and return to Zoe at zoegibbo2000@yahoo.com Teams will need to pay one off fee of £60 for insurance & FA reg for the season. This needs to be paid on entry. Each fixture will cost £30 - £35 per team (depending on venue costs) We will notify teams of the playing schedule during August Matches to start in September. Where possible we will avoid scheduling too close to Christmas and Easter.

Player Registration All players must complete a player registration form which the captain needs to give to BWFCL organisers before the first match that the player plays in. Responsibility for making sure all players have filled in the player reg form rests with the captain of each team. Format Matches to start at 11, playing 25 mins each way. Each new match to start on the hour. Finish time depends on how many teams enter the league If there is an uneven number of teams in the league then there will be a ‘World 7’ team which any player from any team is able to play in. (there may be a small fee for this to cover pitch costs) Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation, Captains must inform:

They may reschedule one match as long as at least one week’s notice has been given. Any other cancelled matches will be an automatic win to the other team (3 points) but please still inform the organizers one week before. If teams cancel too close to the match day then we may need to bring in a fine system but we wish to avoid this, if possible. We ask that one week’s notice of cancellations is given to allow everyone enough notice. Team Numbers Due to the fact that some teams struggle for players: If both teams have 7 or more we play 7 aside with as many subs as you like If one team has 6 players the other team plays 6 with 2 subs OR if one team has 5 players the other team plays 5 with 2 subs NB - captains must inform Lucy (thebristols.wfc@gmail.com) a week before if needing to play with fewer players. Match fees remain the same. Borrowing players from another team is only allowed if agreed with the opposing captain prior to the match. Money Captains must bring £30/35 (tbc) in an envelope with the team name on it. Please give to ref before your match. Captains to then recoup money off team afterwards, but payment must be made before game. (NB some captains have taken money off players for the whole season in advance, i.e £18 per player to cover all matches. If your team wishes to pay for the whole season up front please let us know) Safety Bob the ref has been sent this info from the GFA The FIFA Laws of the Game state ‘Safety – A player must not use or wear anything that is dangerous to herself or another player (including jewelry).’ As the taping up of rings, piercings or other items of jewelry is no longer allowed, clubs will need to advise players that they cannot take part in matches unless body jewelry is removed before each match. As a casual league we will take a sensible approach of: Wedding rings and body piercing that cannot be removed must be taped up before the ref arrives. All other jewellery especially earings, bracelets must be removed Shin pads must be worn
