INTRODUCING BUY1 GIVE FUN…

What is the idea behind Buy 1 Give Fun? There is a fresh way of thinking that says there is more to charity than

simply fundraising and financing projects. Life is all about experiences and

fun. Here at Moloney Woodcraft we want to be part of creating fun and

enjoyable experiences for kids who need some extra fun in their lives.

We’re not in business that long, but we want to be able to give something

back from the start.

What is Buy 1 Give Fun? It’s a very simple concept. We make and sell wooden letters and crafts.

For every order of wooden letters we receive, we will donate a wooden

shape to children who need some extra fun in their lives. When we get to

a point where we have enough shapes donated or built up, we will find a

suitable charity and organise a fun day for that charity and deliver our fun

wooden shapes.

How will it work? On each fun day, we will arrive with our wooden shapes such as: Animals;

Hearts; Stars; Cars & Trucks; Ships & Boats; Trains; Fairies & Princesses;

Butterflies; Sports. The day will be spent painting and decorating these

shapes with the kids. These beautiful, colourful crafts will be used to

decorate and brighten up children’s bedrooms, hospital wards, play

rooms & activity rooms. The special shapes are also for the children to

keep wherever they want.

We will use our contacts in business and sport to bring well known sporting

figures and celebrities to visit the children, give them their shapes, help

them paint and decorate them, and spend some time with the kids for a

bit of fun. We’re all about the fun!

facebook; on YouTube; on radio; in print media; and on blogs.

What is the aim of Buy 1 Give Fun? Our aim is to:

• Have fun.

• Put some extra fun in children’s lives that need it.

• Raise awareness for charities.

• Create special and memorable days for children who need

it most.

• Create beautiful, colourful displays for children’s wards, play-

rooms, activity rooms and bedrooms.
