Example – Its How We Recruit
Problem: Your start up firm, that you have poured your heart into, needs a CEO. How do you recruit and hire a CEO when you don’t really know what one does? Solution: You find one based on a “feel.” The feel is based on the fact that you believe the person will help the current employees develop, and serve the needs or your firm.
