for networking and information sharing.

To facilitate coordinated action to address shared workforce

challenges and realize shared opportunities.

To jointly develop an agenda to sustain and grow the

healthcare industry in the Central Texas region.

The new coalition was launched with three objectives in mind:

The Master Community Workforce Plan (MCWP) selected 3 industry sectors to focus the

work of the strategic plan. The Central Texas Healthcare Partnership was founded in early

2018 to help drive the work for the Healthcare Industry Partnership.

incumbent workers complete an Associates Degree in Surgical Technology

utilizing tuition assistance, Pell Grant and Incumbent Worker Training Funds

from WFSCA.
