AD DIMENSIONS
DISTRIBUTIONThe Yakima Valley Business Times is distributedevery
other Friday to approximately 7,200 YakimaCounty businesses and
subscribers. Single-sale copiesare available at our office.
Circulation numbers varyand are updated each issue. Estimated
readership is20,000-plus.
CANCELLATIONSAdvertisers signing bulk rate contracts will be
billedat agreed upon rates and rebilled at the applicablehigher
rate if the contract is not fulfilled. Deadlines forcancelling ads
are the same as the deadlines for placingads. Upon expiration, the
terms of all contracts willcontinue on an issue-to-issue basis
unless cancelled inwriting by either party before deadline.
ACCEPTANCEAll advertising is accepted subject to the approval
ofthe management of Yakima Valley Publishing, Inc.Said management
reserves the right to revise or reject,partially or wholly, any
advertisement without notice, andreserves the right to insert the
word Advertisement inany ad.
CONTRACT TERMS
All terms and conditions as listed on Yakima ValleyPublishing
Inc.'s "Advertising Space Contract" areapplicable and binding on
all advertisers. Please do notpurchase or contract for advertising
space without beingaware of said terms and conditions.
TERMSAll balances not paid within 30 days are subject to
adelinquency charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually).All positions
are run-of-paper. No positions guaranteedunless specifically noted.
If collection of debt is required,advertiser agrees to pay all
reasonable attorney andcollection fees. Post Office and other
requirements
prohibit Yakima Valley Publishing, Inc. fromguaranteeing any
delivery dates. No color guaranteed.
LIABILITIESLiabilities for errors in advertisements shall
notexceed the cost of space occupied by the erroneousadvertisement.
A letter of correction and credit will beprovided if Yakima Valley
Publishing, Inc. has failedto correct errors clearly marked on
returned proofs.Yakima Valley Publishing, Inc. is not responsible
for anyconsequential damages suffered by any party.
