Location: Student Centre Lobby
Hours of Operation:Monday- Thursday 8:30 am- 8 pm
Friday 8:30 am- 6 pm

Bursary• $500 awarded per student and applications
open each semester. • Applications are received through mycesar.ca.• After 4 weeks, successful candidates are
contacted for their bursary cheque which is distributed out of the CESAR office.
Academic Advocacy
• The Students’ Rights Coordinator is available by appointment to advise and assist with issues between the student and the university. E.g., grade appeals and fee appeals.
Drop in hours: • Tuesdays: 2-4pm • Wednesdays: 3-5pm • Thursdays: 3-5pm
Health & Dental Plans
Green Shield Canada ID:
CESAR provides Health and Dental coverage to Part-time undergraduate program students.
If you have a comparable insurance plan the opt-out period is from September 1 – October 6
Students enrolled in a certificate program are now eligible to opt-in to the CESAR Health and Dental Plan.

Legal Services• A free lawyer at CESAR is available on Tuesdays
to assist students with numerous issues • Members must book an appointment at
mycesar.ca
Tax Clinic• Members may have their taxes filed for free • Usually over a 2 week period in March by
appointment
Computer Access and Printing
• 2 Computers at the CESAR office.
• Printing services provided to members with cash as a form of payment at the following rates:
Black and White Prints: $0.10 per pageColour Prints: $0.25 per page
