    Mission Statement

    To deliver the best Web Based Solution (Web Sites, Portals and others) with most professional

    service and support to the customers in the target market.

    How to achieve this

    The company will register domain names, design, develop, upload and support or maintain

    the web sites on its NT servers. The domains or sites can be transferred to our servers from

    some other servers, if required.

    The company will operate in Delhi and adjacent areas initially and then expand itself into

    other states as well but Resellers / Distributors can be appointed in the beginning of the

    operations.

    Resellers / Distributors can be appointed from time to time in and out side Delhi.

    In-house skills will be expanded when business volume grows or manpower can be given

    training as and when required. All marketing, sales, training, designing, development, implementation, consulting and

    support services will be of highest professional standard so as to satisfy the needs of every

    client, efficiently and profitably.

    The company aims for maximum growth, each successive year.

    Target Market

    The target market for Web Based Solutions or Portal Developments is difficult to differentiate the

    market on any parameter. Broadly the target clients may be classified in to following categories.

    Large, medium and small size companies involve in any line of business.

    Individuals looking for some commercially potential sites.

    Computer hardware and software specific companies for Reseller and Distributor

    opportunities.

    Individual Professionals such as architects, doctors etc.

    Non profit organizations.

    Existing Service Providers

    Presently, these target market clients are served by group of companies including small size or

    local level companies especially for designing of sites, organised companies specializing in

    hosting and designing. Besides these there are International Companies, providing the same

    services.

    These customers can be served require suitable and good pricing, good technical support, good

    performance servers and good designing and development team.

    Out of all these vendors, except International Service Providers, very few have their own servers

    and par excellence infrastructure to support the client.

    Since Net Business does not have specific or limited number of service providers therefore prices

    for the services fluctuates, e.g. designing charges start from Rs.100 per page and are as high as

    Rs.2,500 per page.

    Internet business is flourishing and set for boom, where industry will see increased number of

    Internet Connections, more hours of Internet usage. Small size business and individuals all are

    setting up their web sites.

    Hardware and Software professionals are shifting their business to Internet related business.

    Companies are diversifying and expanding themselves into Internet related business.

    Individuals are eager to cash on this business by providing portal and other services to the

    customer.

    namely Domain Name Registration, Server Space, Design and Development and hosting for

    the same.

    Resources to achieve this will focus on selling the services with high technical and support

    skills.

    Highly efficient and state of the art support or after sale service will be required to maintain

    long term client relationship.

    Company will simultaneously concentrate on DNR, Space Selling, Designing and

    Development, Creating Resellers, Channel Partners. After some time new services,

    mentioned above, can be concentrated on.

    4. Use Resellers and distributors to spread our operations.

    5. Use of Public Relation and Advertising agency to promote the company and product.
