COMPENSATION PLAN
The XB-Fit Opportunity has been designed to help you build a business that can
produce immediate income, as well as long-term residual income. One of XB-Fit’s
greatest strengths is its Compensation Plan. A simple but powerful incentive for
you to work your way into the earned levels. The higher you go, the more income
you can earn!
A binary or a “Dual line compensation”:
Your sponsor places you in an open position
in his or her sales organization. This open
position is called a Business Center (BC).
Each Business Center has left and right side
in which Sales Volume accumulates.
(1) XB-FIT Compensation Plan
COMPENSATION PLAN
You can earn a 25% retail commission every time a customer purchases one of our
products from your website. A customer can enroll on a monthly autoship by
enrolling as a preferred customer in your website, and you will be compensated on
every monthly purchase.
Enrolling new distributors is key to your business. We created the Initial Order
Bonus for just that reason. When you enroll a new person you
earn a Initial Order Bonus (IOB) of 10% of the total sales volume.
Bonus is paid as follows:
• $65 purchase pays $6.50 IOB
• $99 purchase pays $9.90 IOB
• $170 purchase pays $17.00 IOB
• $315 purchase pays $31.50 IOB
You can earn private stock in XB-Fit! When
you enroll your first two distributors, you will
receive ten shares of stock. When you help each
of them enroll their first two, you will
receive an additional forty shares of stock. You
will also be able to earn stock through promotions
and contests. Stock profit sharing are paid
quarterly and their value is based on the profits
of the company.
(2) XB-FIT Compensation Plan
COMPENSATION PLAN
Binary Team Volume Commissions are the basic element to creating long term
richly rewarding residual income in the XB-Fit compensation plan. You have 2
teams (legs), a left team and a right team. As you and
your team members enroll new customers
or distributors, you will add them below
your other team members in your left or
right leg. The total CV on new orders and
autoship orders is accumulated by team
members in each individual team (leg).
Every time your team accumulates equal
amount of volume on each side of your
organization (one new distributor,
customer or autoship on each side) you
earn a 20% commission of the volume
accumulated on your lesser volume leg or
your “Pay Leg” to infinite levels.
Paid as follows:
• $65 (40cv) on each side pays $8 to infinite levels
• $99 (60cv) on each side pays $12 to infinite levels
• $170 (100cv) on each side pays $20 to infinite levels
• $315 (155cv) on each side pays $31 to infinite levels
(3) XB-FIT Compensation Plan
Because you can only have 2 distributors
frontline to your business center, as the team
starts growing, anytime that somebody in your
team enrolls 3 or more this will cause “Spill
Over”. All sales volume will roll up and benefit
everybody in the organization.

COMPENSATION PLAN
The Check Matching Bonus is the key to building a large organization
of distributors and consumer customers in a binary organization. It allows
you to multiply your earnings while you leverage the money to grow
your binary organization.
With the Check Matching Bonus, you can earn a bonus on Binary Cycle
Commissions paid to distributors in your personal enrollment tree. This
consists of distributors you personally enrolled and distributors they
personally enrolled, continuing down your organization.
The Check Matching Bonus is calculated up to 5 generations. As you
advance in rank, so does the number of generations you will earn the
Check Matching Bonus on. You are not limited to how many people you can
personally sponsor, infinite width and infinite depth, which
means it does not matter how far down on the binary tree that your
personal enrollments end up. You earn 10% matching bonuses on your first
three generations and 5% matching bonuses on a fourth and fifth
generation. Check Match Bonuses are paid weekly.
